The Balham Braniacs, from the Balham Catenians Circle, returned victorious from the 17th annual Weybridge Catenian Circle Quiz.
The Catenians is a catholic mens network which provides a social network which helps Catholic lay men live out their various vocations as husband, father, friend, work colleague, committed Christian and active Catholic.
Brothers Charles Marriott, Patrick Neal and Steve Palmer (aka The Balham Brainiacs below) are pictured with the Roland Young Cup following their victory in the annual Weybridge Circle Quiz Night on 21 March.
The Cup was presented by David Arundale, Director of Province 19. They are the first all-Balham team to win the competition, now in its seventeenth year, which they did by one point against very strong opposition. Meanwhile, a fourth Balham Brother, Terry Brown, achieved a creditable fourth place as part of a joint team with Guildford brothers.
As ever, the evening was very efficiently run and congratulations go, yet again, to Weybridge Brothers for their organisation.
